Registration Benefits for In-Person Attendees:
As an in-person attendee at our conference, you will enjoy the following benefits:
- Eligibility to attend all conference sessions, workshops and poster sessions
- Oral presenters will have a 25-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A.
- Refreshments (morning and evening) and lunch daily (during conference days)
- Attendees will receive hard copies of both the abstract book and the conference proceedings.
- Endorsed certificate for presenters or attendance certificate for non-presenters
- Conference photo coverage
Registration Benefits for Virtual Attendees:
If you attend the conference virtually, you will receive the following benefits:
- Live zoom presentation slot (20 minutes presentation and Q&A) if you are an oral presenter attending In person
- Pre-recorded video presentation slot (20 minutes presentation) if you are a virtual presenter
- Full virtual conference experience through zoom
- Access to all keynotes, plenary sessions, technical sessions, and workshops
- Ability to engage with other presenters and attendees online
- Abstract book and conference proceedings in soft copy
- Virtual Participation certificate
Cancellation Policy:
- A full refund, minus a processing fee, will be issued for cancellations made 60 days before the conference begins.
- Registrations or accommodations cancelled within 60 days of the conference start date are non-refundable; however, they can be transferred to your colleague/friend or to an upcoming event.
