Can I get a letter of invitation for my visa purpose?

How many abstracts can I submit?

You can submit maximum of two abstracts. For submitting your abstracts please visit our abstract submission page or write to us.
What if I’m unable to attend the event after registering ?

You can transfer the registration to your colleague /friend (i.e., someone can substitute you) or your registration will be transferred for a future event.
For young researchers who want to present their research as a group will it be possible to give the presentation?

Yes, young researchers with 3 or 4 member group will be able to present their work at the conference. However only one can be registered as speaker and the remaining should register in delegate category.
